How do I change the contract number for a shipment?
Contract data is applied to your booking based on the entered origin, destination, container, commodity, and Price Owner during the booking or amendment process.
To have your contract applied to an existing shipment, take the following steps:
- From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number in the freetext search box and click View Details.
- Navigate to the Shipment Details tab then click 'Amend'.
- Update the contract number.
- If the entered details are valid for your contract, we'll add it for you!
