How do I change the type of containers on my booking?
Need to amend the type of containers on your booking? No worries—you can update this online in just a few steps:
- From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click View Details.
- In the top toolbar under the shipment number, click Amend.
- The booking details page will open with your original information pre-filled.
- Navigate through the booking tabs and make the changes to the type of containers you need.
- Once done, submit your changes on the review page.
- Once confirmed, we will issue a revised booking confirmation with the updated details.
