Accessing your shipping instructions is a key step in getting your cargo moving. We’ve made it easy to complete this online.
- From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click View Details.
- Under the Summary tab in the tasks to complete section, click Submit Shipment Instructions.
- Complete the five tabs: Document, Parties, Payers, Cargo and VGM, and Review.
- Click Send Shipping Instructions to submit.
- Once processed, we will issue a digital verify copy which you can download as a pdf online.
