If you have forgotten your password or username, use these steps to reset and get a new password or to retrieve your username to regain access to your Maersk.com account.

Reset and get a new password

1. Click Account located at the top right corner of the home page. which will take you to the login page .
2. At the login page under the LOGIN button it will indicate Need help with your username or password ? Click on the link in password.
3. Fill in your Username and Email and click on Submit.
4. An email will be send to you with a link to reset your password.
5. Click on the link and set a new password.
