- Free time is calculated from empty pickup day to
1) If the place of receipt is same as the container loading terminal, the Free Time is calculated till the ETD ( estimated departure date) of the first vessel , this ETD refers to the latest booking confirmation, including any downloads from website before an empty container is picked up.
2) if not, it will be calculated till full container gate-out from place of receipt terminal. - For Consol & CFS/CY, the free time is calculated from the date of container stuffed
- NOR is followed Dry container
- Saturday and Sunday are counted as calendar days in Free day period.
- Demurrage and detention charges are based on calendar day and subject to a VAT charge of 5%.
- The demurrage and detention invoice is expected to be sent to the client separately within 3-4 working days after vessel sailed.

According to Article 38 of Taiwan’s Road Traffic Safety Regulations, the total combined weight of a full trailer (including cargo weight, container weight, tractor, and chassis) must not exceed 42 tons. Please follow up below “Road transportation limitation "file.
If the total container weight exceeds the weight limits indicated in file, our company will not be able to arrange road transportation. Any fines or accidents and damages incurred during transportation due to exceeding the legal trailer load weight will be borne by the cargo owner.
