As part of our ongoing efforts to support our customers and provide a smoother payment experience, we would like to inform you of an update to the application period for our Late Payment Fee in Djibouti and Ethiopia.

  • What is the Late Payment Fee?
A Late Payment Fee is applied when an invoice remains unpaid beyond the allowed payment period following the invoice due date.

  • Fee Amount
    USD 40 per shipment

  • What's Changing?
Recognizing that additional time may be required to complete the clearance and payment process, we have extended the application period for the Late Payment Fee from 7 calendar days to 15 calendar days after the invoice due date.
This means customers will now have additional time to settle outstanding invoices before the Late Payment Fee becomes applicable.

We appreciate your continued partnership and thank you for your business.
