Container Tracking request
- Consignee can be informed of his cargo's actual status at anytime .

- These can be issued through the online system and also manifest copy in certain cases.

Kindly be informed that effective 1st January 2023, an approved CTN Certificate is mandatory to be submitted by the customers. It is Not compulsory for the Loading of containers but it is Compulsory at BL release stage (be it an OBL, Sea-Waybill or Telex release). All customers - Importers, Exporters, Freight forwarders, etc. must therefore submit their valid CTN Certificates to Maersk, preferably prior to the release of their containers.
