Caroline Pontoppidan

Executive Vice President Caroline Pontoppidan has been with Maersk since 2013. As of February 2023, she has been appointed the position of Chief Corporate Affairs Officer.

Prior to joining Maersk, Caroline Pontoppidan was an equity partner at Danish law firm Kromann Reumert. At Maersk, she has held the positions of General Counsel (2013 – 2016), and Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Head of Corporate Affairs (2016 – 2023).
