Introduction of new optional services

Maersk is introducing optional service for our customers: Maersk Risk Management (MRM). This digital tool provides advanced visibility into ongoing and emerging supply chain risks, including potential disruptions that could affect customers’ shipments in the coming days or weeks. By combining verified internal and external data with expert analysis, MRM continuously maps evolving risks against customers’ live shipments, dynamically assessing their risk exposure and identifying potentially vulnerable cargo. It translates complex risk signals into relevant, actionable intelligence—not simply more data, but the right insights at the right time—helping customers assess potential impacts earlier and take preventive or mitigating action, such as securing alternative capacity, adjusting inventory plans or preparing other contingency measures before disruptions affect their operations.

MRM is part of Integrated Supply Chain Engine (ISCE) product family which includes also Maersk Visibility Studio (MVS) and Emissions Studio (ES). MVS is a supply chain visibility and analytics solution that provides real-time visibility for multi-modal shipments, including ocean and air. By identifying delays early, providing predictive ETAs, and highlighting exceptions that require attention, MVS enables customers to take proactive action before disruptions impact their business. Analytics on carrier performance, trade lanes, lead times, and detention & demurrage help customers improve reliability, reduce costs, and optimize supply chain planning. ES is one-stop-shop tool to calculate and consolidate customers’ Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions across all transport modes. Maersk is now also introducing an optional integrated offering that combines these three solutions into a single service, enabling customers to manage supply chain risk, visibility, and emissions through one connected platform.

• Non Regulatory countries - World to/from World (Excluding American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Island(US), Colombia, Taiwan, United States, Korea, Brazil, Vietnam): 19th of August 2026
• World to/from American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Island(US), Colombia, Taiwan, United States, Korea, Brazil: 18th of September 2026
• World to/from Vietnam: effective Date: 3rd of September 2026

• The rates provided in the link are also subject to other applicable surcharges, including local charges and contingency charges.
• These rates are unaffected by, and do not affect, any tariff notified, published or filed in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• For trades subject to the US Shipping Act or the China Maritime Regulations, quotations or surcharges that vary from the Maersk tariff shall not be binding on Maersk unless included in a service contract or service contract amendment that has been filed with the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) or the Shanghai Shipping Exchange, as applicable.
