We regret to inform you that, due to the current situation affecting our operating area, the feeder operator is unable to continue providing service to Ukraine via Chornomorsk Fishing Port (CHFP).
Therefore, our service via Chornomorsk Fishing Port is temporarily suspended until further notice.
IMPORT
- VSL MEDKON MIRA V.629S, together with all import cargo originally planned for discharge at Chornomorsk Fishing Port, will be redirected and discharged at Constanța, Romania, in accordance with Clause 20 – Matters Affecting Performance of the applicable Bill of Lading Terms & Conditions.

- All import shipments with Port of Discharge - Chornomorsk, currently at or expected to arrive at Port Said, will also be redirected to Constanța, Romania.
- Should Constanța not be an acceptable discharge location, customers are requested to submit a COD (Change of Destination) request.
- For cargo transportation to Ukraine, please contact our Delivery Department to arrange delivery options, transit times and applicable charges:

EXPORT
For export bookings already placed via Chornomorsk, we offer the following options:
- Free booking cancellation (no cancellation fee / no amendment fee);
- For bookings with containers “in gate in status” change of Port of Loading to Constanța, while keeping the current ocean freight rate.
To avoid amendment charges and freight recalculation, all cancellation or amendment requests must be arranged through your Customer Service representative. Please note that amendments submitted directly through www.maersk.com may automatically result in amendment fees and freight recalculation in accordance with the applicable tariff.
