Northern Star – Change of terminal in Shanghai Changing from Waigaoqiao terminal to Yangshan terminal

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain a high quality and resilient network, we will reinstate calls to the Yangshan terminal in Shanghai, effective from the Maersk Innoshima on 3 May 2026. This change will allow us to offer improved transshipment connectivity and deliver a more efficient service to and from Shanghai.

SUMMARY OF CHANGES TO THE NORTHERN STAR SERVICE

Current Rotation: Shanghai (Waigaoqiao)> Hong Kong > Brisbane > Auckland > Nelson > Timaru > Port Chalmers > Napier > Tauranga

New Rotation: Shanghai (Yangshan) > Hong Kong > Brisbane > Auckland > Nelson > Timaru > Port Chalmers > Napier > Tauranga
