Our National & Area Customer Experience departments will be attending two mandatory areawide townhalls on Thursday morning from 11h00 am - 12h00 pm (30 October 2025) as well as Friday afternoon from 14h00 pm – 15h00 pm (31 October 2025) .

We will therefore not be accessible via the National Contact Centre and our online Live Help (Chat) facility on www.maersk.com for the duration of the townhall session.

We encourage you to prioritize your urgent queries to avoid any delay.
