The Commissioner of Customs has declared that the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transshipment Regulations (SCMTR). Consequently, all shipping lines and vessel operators must comply with the SCMTR rules and regulation.

As per the SCMTR regulations, Carriers are required to nominate the CFS based on the TG Bond details received from the CFS. We have already requested all the CFS’s to share the TG Bond details with us before 15th Feb 2025. If any CFS missed to share the TG Bond details before deadline then we will not be able to mark the container to your nominated CFS instead of that the containers will be moved to Maers CFS.
