To continue providing you with the highest level of service, we will be introducing an Operational Cost Imports Fee (OCI) surcharge for all import shipments from World to Gambia. Due to ongoing economic challenges—including inflation and other financial pressures that have significantly impacted operating costs—we will be introducing a fee to help sustain the quality and reliability of our services.
While we have made every effort to absorb the rising costs, this step will allow us to continue meeting your expectations for reliability of our services. The OCI fee will be effective from 01 January 2025 for regulated and for Non-Regulated countries 15 December 2024 , and we assure you that it will be reviewed regularly to ensure it remains fair and transparent.
The OCI surcharge will follow freight (i.e. will be invoiced with freight)
